15 Minute Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:


1 cup broccoli sprouts


1 bell pepper, sliced


1 carrot, thinly sliced


2 tablespoons soy sauce


1 tablespoon sesame oil


Directions:


Heat sesame oil in a large skillet.


Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.


Drip in soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.


Serve with rice or pasta.
