One-Pan Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined


2 tbsp olive oil


3 garlic cloves, minced


1 lemon (juiced and zested)


Salt and pepper to taste


Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.


Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.


Add shrimp, lemon juice, and zest. Cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turn pink.


Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with parsley. Serve with rice or quinoa.
